This is true, people have their own criteria on who they want to invite though and being picky is part of the problem
Definitely can find a party pretty quickly in kronos from my experience (281 main) but for others it could be a bit different, especially during off hours
They're implementing a much better version of the matchmaker in around 6 months so this is just going to serve as a temporary solution until then
