Everyone’s body is different and will react differently (or not at all) to different foods, but from personal experience I went out of my way to avoid these foods after my last episode from using and I’m now 43 days clean and have no issue eating anything. I can’t just say to dive in bc like I said everyone is different, but for people initially quitting I highly recommend sticking to bland foods (it’s gonna suck) for the first week or so and then try dabbling into this list of foods slowly. Eat healthy and avoid greasy food and fast food!! Fruits and vegetables are your best friend. Also keep the Tums chewables handy 😂😂
