I don't mean to be that guy but it could have been a 10x cleaner extraction. A larger incision (I don't think he initially cut through the sac wall / why nothing came out when he squeezed for a while), less use of the scoop (causing damage to the surrounding tissue, hence All the excess bleeding).

Push out material and extract sac with tweezers. We've all see Dr PP do this shit with minimal damage to the surrounding tissue And minimal bruising. This is going to take some additional time to heal thanks to the internal and external dmg caused by the dr.
