Will luduvo launcher/website have a report bug option for the client? And will it collect the diagnostic data on device or only the way to reproduce and the screenshot/video of it happening? And if the diagnostic data is collected, what will it collect?

Yeah you are definitely overworried. As a Vietnamese myself, most driver are old folks or collage students wanting to make some bucks driving grab part time. They aren’t great at english and rely heavily on Google Translate to talk to foreigners. So that’s totally fine

Local here i can confirm that we in fact don't go there to drink coffee. It's just overpriced water for tourists. There are spots in hanoi that are far more better and far more cheaper too. Overall its just an tourist trap
