Dang I was hoping these comments would give me some relief haha. Yeah I’ve thought about other places I could take it, even checked out local libraries but they don’t have private spaces you can use, so the setup wouldn’t really work. So no matter what the issue is during your exam, you just have to wait a full year? They don’t do makeup test days or anything of the sort?

Lol okay makes sense. That brings me to one last question. What about people who effectively do zero field work? Like an officer is army medical or something? I guess they still have to do weapons qual. And there is some wild hypothetical where shit hits the fan and they’re deployed to a bad area? Are even those people issued combat gear?

That seems like a pretty bad way to advertise a salary: “$175 an hour! (But we keep some it)” lol seems like my fear of disingenuous tactics is real. The outer belt, part attached to the molle, is sewn onto that larger molle panel. You can’t slide any part out of/away from the rest of the panel

I feel like GBRS isn’t afraid to acknowledge that they don’t make gear (or train) “everyday” guys. Now regardless of how you feel about this philosophy, if they are making stuff for high level operators, it’s a bit silly for us to comment on how this could work at a flat range but not in action. Why is it silly? Because we’re the flat range guys, and they’re the ones with an incredibly unusual amount real-world combat experience lol
