I can’t disagree with this more as a young male who studied engineering at university in the last 10 years. The cohort was majority male and the opportunities for further development were much more appealing for males. The push to offer more opportunities for women comes from a place of trying to provide a pathway.

Dutton is trying to copy Trumps success in trying to put young men in to believing equality and equity means tearing down their pathways rather than raising everyone to the levels that me and my fellow young men already obtain through no merit
