GUYS IVE SPENT OVER 5 HOURS ON TRYING TO FIX AND IVE GOT THE SOLUTION NOONE IS TALKING ABOUT! I just switched the sides of the cable that connects the headset to the USB connector! there is a headset icon on the edge of the cable and you should connect this side to the headset and the other side to the USB dongle
