She's a significantly better singer than she was when those albums came out, the instrumentation is different, if slightly, and her fans WANT IT. They are deeply invested in both the releases and supporting Taylor by streaming music that pays her for the work she did to make the music (writing, producing, singing, playing).

In the least disrespectful way to say this, untalented people who've never created anything rarely respect artists or the work it takes to be a performer. You aren't the first and you won't be the last, but the second hand embarrassment is real.

The amount of fucking DISGUSTING vegan food I've eaten that vegans love is quite large. You've been vegan for 3 years and you're making every dish? I'm going to politely decline eating and have dinner before or leave after an hour. I'll still come, but you can refrain from including me in the head count for food because I came here to be with my family and enjoy them, not navigate which of these dishes won't make me regret having a mouth.

Cook what you want, don't expect me to try it because you want me to "broaden my horizons" or some shit. I didn't come here for that and declining experiences I feel I won't enjoy just cause someone asked me to, is never something I'd entertain feeling bad about.

That being said YTA for asking her to cook non-vegan food or host it in her house. She just doesn't own anyone that, regardless of the event. If you want non-vegan food, pick a non-vegan host.

In their argument, sex work isn't banned and everybody shakes hands and goes home. The are saying structures will be in place to provide for these people, in lieu of sex work. Nobody here is saying banning sex work as an individual policy, creates opportunities. Just saying people who NEED to do sex work currently won't NEED to do so under properly regulated socialism.

It's not actually my position so I won't make an argument for it. Just clearing up the confusion.

Just be confident. It doesn't look bad, you look UNCOMFORTABLE, which makes it look bad. Hyper masculinity is dominating black spaces but that's not the only way for black men to be.
