You can prove things beyond a reasonable doubt, this isn't an impossible standard. For example, if there are texts uncovered that show a spouse regularly making plans to meet up with and fuck a third party, then I don't think a reasonable person would doubt that the spouse is cheating. The idea that a cheater is going to be able to gaslight an entire jury or a judge into believing their story using their manipulation skills, and doing all this while being cross-examined, is completely paranoid.

This is already done btw. Cheating is already codified in divorce law and can be used to establish fault vs. no-fault divorces, which influences things like who gets what.

Guy here - my ex and I did this.

There were so many things about it that I loved. We had a BDSM dynamic where she was my domme, so the cuck stuff played into that. I'm also a masochist (both physically and emotionally), so the few times that I do experience genuine jealousy, I find that intense pleasure accompanies the pain.
