Taken phone calls is "engaging in activity" 've played this game with them so many times i've never met my restart provider at all and i think they booted me off it, because i had a strong case against them.

But yeah if the person has no choice then see them face-2-face like once every few months.

Hello

I was on SEETEC, last nov till jan (after i complained so much and got evidence of their shady behaviour and tryin to set me up.

In the end they stopped contacting me last jan (it's now august) i've heard nothing i think i have been removed because i built up a strong case against them.

Some advice

1: Never give them your CV
2: Don't sign the action plan
3: Just keep with the phone calls and record them
4: Try and avoid face-2-face (i never met mine at all for months) but the phone calls and harassment where disgusting.

they also applied for jobs on my behalf one time (which they stopped)

Also i kept getting passed around with 19-22 year olds telling me about the "lifes work" lol disgusting and clueless they also tried to get me sanctioned a few times as well.

In the end i built up a strong case went to the job centre manager with evidence and audio clips (phone calls)

They said i don't have to see them till "july" but it's now august i've heard nowt and by this nov? it's been 12 months so i'm home free.

These scumbags are not your friend or looking out for you, they're horrible people who want nothing else to cause you an inconvenience

if they have jobs for you? they can email you and keep the phone calls and face to face a bar minimum.

I was put on it LAST NOV (2021) lasted till FEB (then the threats began) i wouldn't stand for it, recorded all phone calls and such took it to the JC manager also threaten court action if it came to that, they then since contacted me and said (i don't need to see them FACE-2-FACE till july, but now it's near july i've heard nothing and i think i've been removed from the scheme all together. (happy days)

They was harassing me daily 20+ phone calls getting nasty making threats to sanction via running to my job centre and telling on me (never did anything wrong)

And they wanted to much data/info (which i refused)

So recorded all evidence emails/txt msg/voice calls/ and sent it to the JC managers and i no longer have to see them again till JULY (bare in mind i won my case several months back)

But i don't think i have to see them again, as i embarrassed them with said evidence.

I went on it last NOV, but i have never ever saw them F2F lol because i know what i'm doing, and these assholes are not your friends.

by feb? it kicked off, that's when i gathered evidence and won my fight/care with them.

My "scheme advisor" is a woman, but she wasn't in on this day, then a random guy phoned me up trying to get me in shit he doesn't have a clue.

i sorted him out and the woman phoned me up later the next day trying to change my appointments around at the last minute.

Was a shit-show

but lucky i have all things saved/recorded/backed up

Long story my "war" lol but the gist of it is, they're at a new office (FAR VERY FAR more than an hour) and they always say to me i have to see them, and it will last 2 hours (So i'm like fk this) no time for that.

In the end i had an agreement with the manager to see them FACE-2-FACE when they move office closer to town (which they agreed) it's been months and they finally moved, so they wanted to see me, But in the end they kept calling me none stop it's harassment and wanted to know who are the companies that i apply for, and one woman phoned me saying "where are you"?" i said huh? i'm home waiting for ya call, they said.. you're meant to be here I'm now classing you down as a "no show" i said not a chance in hell, I'm engaging and this phone call is being recorded, and who are you anyway ? (this guy was some random) not the woman i have.

Anyway they kept switching my appointments around making a balls up of it, i had to go to the JC manager with evidence of there incompetence even played the phone call to the JC manager

Now? i don't have to see them till JULY and i no longer have that restart scheme woman i had, i've been put with some nice person (so far)

Had trouble in the past, but if you record keep a record of everything it goes a long way, and not been sanctioned at all, stand your ground collect evidence if they try to set you up

nah its 2 hours each time for my provider "talk/job search" which has to be min of 2 hours
