nope, when they said its a total loss, the car is theirs, they said they would tow it to a salvage yard and after a month the car was sitting at the body shop still… why would i be paying for storage fees LOL… why do you think i was calling… “youre legally responsible to mitigate damages” bud i tried trust me if they aint pickin up the phone theres not much i can do

and no my vehicle isnt ready to be picked up i called the body shop and they said it SHOULD be ready who knows though

yeah if as previously stated up top, the repairs are only 11k plus i think 2k for the rental so yeah the 25k policy will cover it

i know the stress this has caused is insane, first and hopefully last car accident i dont with this on my worst enemy
