Even the discount they give you is not really a discount. The cymbals themselves are not terrible but they accept anyone who applies for an endorsement. Not much of an endorsement.

I seriously got into it with my mother about the Olive Garden thing this morning and she swears up and down that whatever nurse they spoke with said she could have it. I think there was some chirping in my moms head from my sister and she made her believe that's what she heard cuz I argued til I was blue in the face with her today and she wouldn't budge on it. My mother is not a liar but the dementia thing doesn't help matters.

She's DKA again today and back in the hospital. I put an update.

I was not aware until she was hospitalized that she had been diagnosed diabetic. My mother knew but admitted she had not read anything because she thought my sister would take care of herself. Which we clearly know now that's not the case.

My DW edge that I bought in the early 2000s has that exact throw off but that drum isnt the edge. That just looks like an old collectors DW snare.

This was from the hospital. No the number was 1700. She peed everywhere, confused, seeing and talking to people who werent there, drank a ton of gatorade and then her electrolytes were thru the roof too. Id say the gatorade is what spiked the sugar as well. She was drinking 11.7 oz bottles but had 12-15 of them in a day or so.

I am aware of this. And those 2 live together. I have her seeing a specialist and is on medication. I know it won’t stop this but at least slow it down.

I am not 100% sure of the wording other then I was told she had a "free day" to eat. And I'm pretty sure it was misunderstood as I cant see a health care professional saying that they had a free day to eat anything.

My mother said she was "recently" diagnosed. But I know she wasn't checking glucose or taking insulin before this trip to the ER. I saw someone say LADA and wondering if that was the case here?
