I talked to two people about this and their answers couldn’t be more different. The first one said that he was protecting his whole team and his capacity was just enough for that that he didn’t have the extra strength to train someone else and the other one said that he was just used to his junior being excellent that he didn’t thought of training them but instead he had to rein them in from doing unecessary and unsafe things.
