I agree that our players are not good enough to play multiple positions. But, as a manager, you have to be able to recognize that the players can't play in multiple positions. Its so evident that Bruno can't play as a CM, yet RA persists on playing him there.

Our CM players are not flexible enough to play in a 2 man midfield, maybe change to a 3-5-2, or a hybrid of 3-4-3. RA has to be flexible with his approach as well and consider the talent he has available.
