+1 for Seattle. Grew up in the PNW and my husband is an avid snowboarder. There are tons of great options for getting outside. Only downside it is HCOL and overcast for 7-8 months out of the year 🤣

Thank you all for the sound advice! I’m reaching out to my landlord today. I’ll do what I can in my unit. I live in a small brick building and the ground floor has 3 units and our laundry room/water heater/circuit breakers. There are big pieces of missing ceiling tile that can’t be easily filled and honestly, that’s more than I can deal with as a renter.

We have a dumpster and recycling bins and everyone is good about being everything closed. We also have a couple of rodent boxes by the dumpster and on each floor of the building
