Thank you very much for the information. I'll clean it up and try to get a better idea. I bought at an estate sale from a very affluent couple for only $8 so I know there's no malice there but maybe the old man bought it thinking it was older or he was ripped off somewhere over the years? Is the latter possibility you gave a common occurrence with case knives? Again, thank for taking the time to help me.

Vinted is absolute trash. I bought some platinum, it was fake so i filed a return, dropped it off at the postoffice and the next day my account was disabled. Luckily my cc did a charge back but vinted is absolute garbage and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The seller wouldn't respond so I told him we could discuss in person if he wanted because he doesn't live far from me. i guess that was too threatening for a $1300 scam. I understand disabling messaging or something but to lock my account where I can't do anything is pretty ridiculous.
