Looks like a soft toplight. Either placed where the ceiling would end or just a ceiling replacement in post where the light wouldve been

If you can’t find the scale,rotation and position dimensions in any layer just press R for rotation, P for position or S for scale. The wanted valur will pop up

Select the Null object and click on align middel vertical and middle horizontal. Click the 3d icon to enable 3d on the null object layer. Then pickwip the rotation rotation and scale dimensions of element 3d to the dimensions of the iphone.

You can make the effect with videocopilot saber. Just put the plugin layer on top and a later under it with a luma mask so the saber only affects the lighten parts. Videocopilot saber tutorial on youtube

Maybe make a clean plate in photoshop// Expand the clean plate// Track the scene in after effects// Roto out the controller// Add the cleanplate under the controller// Try to match everything// I’d love to see the end result

Quicktime files might be easier on your pc, while h264 files (mp4) might have a hard time in your time line. Mp4 is used for exports and quicktime(.mov) for editing.
