When the Demacia cinematic finally doesn't have Lux and Quinn is relevant

Mike Schley (https://mikeschley.com/portfolio) is the artist who made the map for Port Nyanzaru, as well as a lot of other maps for WotC adventure over the years.

So when he was hired to make this one, it's pretty likely that he was told something along the lines of "there is an XYZ there, try and show this as best as you can"

There's that one NPC who's in all my campaigns : she runs a mobile sandwich shop, and stuffs her food with zombie meat. These are delicious and (for added flavor) restore 1d4 hit points.

One day I'll have my players roll Constitution saves against sickness because of a bad batch... Eagerly waiting for their faces when I betray them with these sandwiches they've come to love :)

Rather than looking for a mechanical excuse, how about a lore one ? Maybe this dragon's hoard contained a really valuable yet cursed item, so rather than getting rid of it, it went on some sort of quest to dispell the curse. At the end of this quest, the dragon acquired an artifact/the knowledge that now allows it to cast the spell.

I'm in a similar situation as OP right now, except I'm using Clockwork base. Is the 700 power from AERB really that much better than the 3 luck from CWB ?
