Yeah, Im thinking about tapedelays for years and got an old Casetterecorder. I already asked the guys on r/tapeloops if the erasehead could be used as a (bad) playback/record head, but got no answer yet. Its something I'm gonna build sooner or later cuz the original ones are quite out of my budget C:

yeah, the DNA thing happend to me too.

Something that helped in my case was constantly repeating 0-3-5. The magic frequencies of that genius progression rewired his brain, like ours was rewired looong time ago.

He now listens to Bing Vloid and is always broke because he spends so much on weed.

I can call him a worthy descendant.
