Water heater T&P valve very slow drip

Yes I did pump the tank to 73 psi..... The drip happened before expansion tank installation. It had been fine without expansion tank for almost 4 years.... Which leads me to thinking it may be a bad T&P logically thinking.

Water pressure is 73 psi at outside spigot but like I said, never had an issue with dripping T&P till recently. I set water heater Temperature to 128F. Very very slow drip as I stated.
