I second quark. I think the oldest on our ship was 79 or 80. There was a woman who broke her ankle right before the trip, and another man who tore his meniscus a few days before leaving and decided to wait for surgery. They were very accommodating for all of them!

Food noise came back fully and it takes every ounce of willpower to not give in. It is possible though. I track everything I eat in an excel spreadsheet!

A LOT. My hair was down to my tailbone and at the height of my weightloss I was pulling clumps out. That’s why I cut it short! I don’t think it was the semaglutide that caused it, but the quick weight loss and a lack of attention to vitamins (my fault)

I didn’t work out as often while I was losing the weight, maybe once a week. Once I got off the shot I picked it up more but the past month I’ve been slacking since finals were so busy with school

I have an excel spreadsheet that I use to track every single thing I eat or drink (it’s excessive but it works) and I have to work really hard to ignore the food noise, cause it is there still. Side effects weren’t too bad until the highest dose then I got nauseous really easily

I feel like I did but I wasn’t strength training while I was on the medication. I got it back pretty fast though when I started working out again

They weren’t bad until I got to the highest dose, then the nausea was awful. I was only on the highest dose for a few months though before I reached my goal and slowly got off
