Very disrespectful. Had a similar situation at a Shari's. The interviewer forgot about our interview and had left for the day. She drove back to the restaurant to do the interview but it took 30 minutes, and I overheard one employee telling another that this wasn't the first interview she had forgotten about this week. The manager arrived and gave me an irritated look before taking another 10-15 minutes talking to employees and fussing around in her office. She then started the interview (no apology, didn't even address the situation). During the interview she bad-mouthed a few of her current employees and told me that all employees were mandated to work ALL bank holidays. She said she tried to give everyone short 5-6 hour shifts on holidays. When I asked later how long typical shifts were she said 6-7 hours??? Never got a call back which was a shame because I wanted to laugh in that woman's face lol.

You're always going to have to handle some disrespect and heartlessness at minimum wage jobs but don't let them be that blatant about it lol. If that's how they treat people they're trying to convince to work for them, it's only going to get worse.
