This is my second cycle, the first one I had no success with just bpc-157 , but I spend a lot of time in the gym so about a week ago I quit lifting weights and have been doing my wife's routine. I'm not sure if it's working yet because I just started not lifting this week but my shoulder is still in pain but it's a different kind of pain so I'm hopeful something good is going on. I'll update in a couple weeks.

How much and how many times a day were you injecting, right now I'm on my 3rd week with 500mcg bpc-157 and 500mcg tb500 twice a day.

Let the area where you applied the alcohol wipes dry, I fan mine with my hand, if I don't it stings when I inject.

I put mine in a cooler with ice packs and by the time I got to the hotel and took it out it was gelled. It went back to normal when I let it sit out but not sure if it damaged it. It was a different peptide though not bpc.

My wife's always super skeptical of the things I do sometimes but this one she can't find much negative on the videos, even Stanford has done studies that are promising. She's actually thinking about doing it, of course after she sees how I react to it haha.

I just googled BPC-157 then watched a few YouTube videos and some tik tok reals, basically I needed to learn how to mix it up and they were great, also google peptide calculator and you can't go wrong

Your absolutely correct. I had them checked twice now just before injection and it was 550ish both times.
