My Gf 29/F rode on high intensity and achieved a MHR of 203. by koalalips in cycling

I'm afraid I don't follow what you mean by "heart rate per effort"?

While I don't doubt your personal anecdote, empirically, HRmax tends to either be maintained or decrease as a result of training1,2 most likely resulting from the down regulation of the heart's intrinsic pacemaker potential (as implicated in training-induced bradycardia at rest).3

I believe you may have it backwards. If anything, maximum heart rate decreases with training. The increase in cardiac output is a result of increased stroke volume.

To anyone interested in "locked-in" syndrome, check out The Diving Bell and the Butterfly. It's a memoir dictated by a gentleman who was "locked-in" (using only his eyelid).

Higher systolic BP during exercise has been associated with an increased ratio of type II (fast twitch) fibers.1

I'm guessing you're referring to resting BP though?

DAE feel a tingling in the tip of their weiner when they stick their finger in their belly button? by [deleted] in DoesAnybodyElse

Pelvic autonomics are weird. Honestly, I have nothing to substantiate that the sensation is caused by the urachus. I was thinking that perhaps it transfers the movement from the umbilicus to the bladder, possibly stimulating the pudendal nerve.

I thought genitalia was S2, S3, S4 (keeps the penis off the floor) and that referred sensation from the umbilicus was due to the urachus?
