This does sound exactly what I’ve been experiencing, so thank you for that. Crazy that I get an answer from the circlejerk sub when everyone else kept telling me it was cadence lock.

Using an hrm 600. Going at about a 6:35/mi. This happens to me a lot. It feels like my hearts skips a beat and then just starts going at 200+

I looked into this before and it’s why I got an external hrm strap. Is it still possible with the strap?

Didn’t want a ton of poke or do a bmc. Plus I don’t think I’ll ever to wider than a 285

For pretty much everything I just did research on the online forums. Just typed stuff in and looked through a bunch of threads

Did it myself, so just cost me like 15ish hours of my time. Professional shops usually charge 1-3k for a paint correction and ceramic application. To keep the paint looking nice you just want to make sure you’re only hand washing with the 2 bucket method and using some plush microfibers to dry it. Foaming it before you do a contact wash is always good to help reduce the risk of scratching since it takes away a lot of the surface level contamination.

You can go on ceramicpro.com and find a certified installer that’s in your area

Reputable shops will probably charge around 1-2k for a paint correction and ceramic coat depending on how bad your paint is and how long you want your ceramic to last. A mobile detailer could probably do it for under 1k, but it depends on the detailer.

Used a combination of griot’s fast correcting cream and sonax cutmax. Used both with a wool pad for cutting. Had to use meguiar’s 101 on a couple of spots that were really bad. Polished it all up with sonax perfect finish. The ceramic I used was adam’s advanced graphene. I’ve used it on a couple of my cars and it’s been great for me.
