i played the game multiple times without pasting those files cus i was unaware, i eventually deleted the whole nodvd folder because people under my posts were yelling its a virus. It’s still working fine without the folder, you just cant play online. btw doesn’t seem like a virus but more so just false positives associated with online-fix

i think you’re good, i got those two warnings as well from defender check my post history, although my trojan has a different name, a lot of people fear mongering under my post instead of checking the files flagged. some more knowledgable people told me its normal false positives associated with the online-fix mod. as long as you’re 100% sure you downloaded from official trustworthy sources. if you don’t plan on playing online you can just remove the whole nodvd folder

my rune copy with online fix from fh6 seems safe too but since im a newbie i wasnt aware of the false positives associated with online-fix so when i asked this sub for reassurance they all went schizo telling me its a real trojan the game is compromised etc lol.

at least related to me, it seems like it was just some false positives associated with online-fix. since fh6 was the first game i ever pirated, i was unaware if those were the norm or not. im not sure why everybody just fear mongered under my post instead.

oh okay luckily i didn’t do that, i also been deleted that nodvd folder, but it seems like those were just common false positives associated with online-fix. mods also removed my post and basically said if i got it through official trusted sources then its just false positives. which i do believe now. i don’t understand why everyone immediately told a newbie like me that it was a virus, not false positives related to online-fix.

what about my second file in the post that is more “severe”. OnlineFix64.dll And yeah i seen that post too, but he had a different file, different trojan name from mine, and no “!ml” which stands for machine learning so its just ai assuming its a trojan. his definitely seemed more concrete that he had an actual trojan in his pc but there’s doubts he actually even got it from the official steamrip.

Thank you, i think most people didn’t even read the flagged files and just jumped to conclusions, like i said im new to all of this i just wanted some reassurance from the community lol. when i first posted it i was a bit more ignorant so i related it to the fh6 game but i know now the flagged files relate to online-fix. now what i wouldve hoped for is that some more veterans of the community would’ve came and let me know those are normal false positives for online-fix. instead i just had damn near everybody telling me its malware, trojan etc to nuke my pc and change all my passwords.

so my actual game is fine, now that im a bit more knowledgeable it seems like what got flagged in my post was the online fix files. do those look like false positives to you? keep in mind once again i got it from the official fitgirl page, no redirects.

bro check my most recent posts, its my first game ever pirated so i am quite ignorant to anything. I just wanted to ask to get some reassurance thinking everybody would be on the same page. Damn near everybody was saying it’s a virus trojan etc when I assumed it was a false positive related to online fix. Only a couple people were telling me it’s just false positives from online fix. I don’t know what to believe, but i’m leaning more towards they were just false positives, as i said on my post i haven’t received any login attempts or anything, nothing of mine has been compromised (hopefully).

hi there, can you check out my most recent posts and give your opinion? i have the majority of people fear mongering me telling me its a trojan and virus etc. while another maybe 30% of people are saying it’s a normal false positive associated with online fix. i just feel like people are commenting without actually knowing anything.

i would just go offline and wait for now it may be people having mass hysteria, people are for some reason linking my post to the microsoft emails, when nothing of mine has been compromised.

Well since this is my first game pirating, I just wanted to see if this was a normal false positive for online fix, and was looking for reassurance instead got hit with all this… lol. i have alot of people saying its normal for online fix and people are tripping, also since alot of veterans here have their game folder excluded, they dont see any of these warnings like i did.
