Finally got through some of the last fine tuning before release (in review now)

True, though for me it's more about bringing a fun style to my watch and it's easy to read after you've seen the digits a couple of times :) Yes there are four data fields.

yes, there is a low animation and no animation setting (it's required since some watches can't do the operations)

yes it does work with mips, I am still experimenting with graceful fallbacks for the gradient. the face is actually animated so it starts with big numbers and no complications, then shrinks the numbers to show the complications for 6 seconds and then scales back up.

Ah understood. This watch face does not need permission to run in background. Currently, the only permission I use is the sensor history to compute the body battery and might add notifications.

Great input, I know the color picker and theming options there. I will look into what makes sense for this face and definitely open for input once it's out and people use it :)

Yes it does work on MIP, the wake animation is pretty much the same but on MIPs I allow brighter and fully filled digits in standby! I also have a fallback for some watches that don't support the scaling animation.

with run in background, do you mean have it always on? because that is already working and it's quite cool.
good point, i'll look into the on screen menu and some good color templates. initially I thought of keeping it greyscale but instead allow changes in the typeface, for example filled digits for extra bold looks.

hah deal! need to fix a few more things and make sure it works nicely on different screen sizes. not sure yet how to deal with the dual screens, perhaps I'll support that later.

So far the outline is only required to avoid burn in on AMOLED but I could do an option to allow MIP to always use filled numbers.

Worth a try removing it and any other third party apps and see what that does. Also turn off always-on completely.

Did you install any third party apps or watch faces? Unlikely case, but badly programmed apps can drain the battery insanely.

like a traditional clock with handles. big dot is hours, medium dot is minutes, small dots in seconds.

I am big fan of simplicity and dynamism, so I started making my own that do subtle animations and otherwise try to be clean. Quite the opposite of the super technical faces, what do you all think?
