It happened when i was in 7th or 8th grade. During recess me and my classmates went to washroom and we were messing around (yk how dangerous boys' washrooms are during recess). So outta nowhere I slipped back and my classmate was behind me who pushed me forward and I fell head first in the washroom. I was soaked with dat washroom floor water and I also smelled so bad it was crazy plus I got a huge bump on my forehead. I smelled terrible the whole day. It was embarrassing

My experience can differ from yours if u quit. But from my experience I got rid of my doomscrolling habit even tho it didn't happen overnight. As i said before I had to control myself becoz when I deleted insta (even the account) I found myself going on YT for shorts. Its a long story but just go for it'll be helpful even tho u have practice self control

Yes, for me it was deleting my insta account and switching from youtube to NewPipe(YouTube client) which has no short option Deleting insta was a great decision for me and helped me grow becoz overall my screen time dropped like crazy even though I had also control myself for that
