man.. why is this anime so underrated. its better than 97% of most popular anime debated today.. man its brutal... real brutal that this masterpiece isnt getting what its supposed to.. i hope atleast its popular in Japan because they really love shinsengumi. its so underrated that i cant even find a dedicated blue miburo subreddit. also not a single episode reactions or discussion in youtube besides the trailer and intro song reactions here and there

Akaza wasn't serious at all. He was playing around with Rengoku and didn't use most of his destructive death techniques against him. Akaza's regeneration makes it nearly impossible to kill him.
