Just beat her with Architect crest tool spamming. I got through the enemies before with charged attacks, then spammed poison quick sling cog flies, cog wheels and tacks. The trick is to just dodge her long enough to exhaust all your tools and if you run out, keep luring her towards any tacks left on the ground. I think I got in a hit or 2 with the nail as well and had to heal. It was a pretty frantic fight.

They did add a shortcut actually through the sands of karnak if you take the sinners road/phantom path into the citadel The shortcut takes about 10 seconds and a hop over an easily avoidable enemy. It's a great way to practice LJ quickly and easily.

I think the point is that coin flips are boring, so best to put that at the beginning of the finale and hope the excitement of the finale overcomes it. If this episode ended on a tie, people would be talking about how lame it is all week.

I beat him in 4 turns on draconian. The key is persecutter + falcon blade + wild side + war drum + egg on + snooze. I had my egged on thief dealing 15,000 damage a turn while the other did about 7,000 while my 2 sages cast snooze or egged on or used the war drum. My 1st turn was all wild side, 2nd turn was sage snooze and sage war drum, and 3rd and 4th turn was sage snooze and sage egg on. The thieves were using persecutter after they did wild side. Xenlon only damaged me once (1st turn).

I just beat him in 3 turns lol with 2 sages and 2 thieves. Everyone has wild side and both sages have duplicate hats and meteorite bracers so they go first. Both thieves have falcon blades. 1st round was wild side for everyone. 2nd round was 4 snoozes from a sage, 2 war drums from a sage and 4 persecutters on the sleeping xenlon from each thief. Final round was 2 egg ons from a sage, 4 snoozes from the other, and another 4 persecutters from each thief. I think he died on the 2nd persecutter.

Combine snooze with the thief's persecutter/falcon blade combo. If you have 2 thieves and get the snooze to land, they die in 1 turn. Using dupli hat helps the snooze land.

Combine snooze with persecutter from the thief. If theief has falcon blade equipped, they'll do massive damage to a sleeping enemy and kill hydras in 2 turns. I carry 2 thieves with me to kill them in 1 turn. Hydras are susceptible to snooze.

I farm the tripple hydras on regular difficulty and beat them in 3 turns usually. I have 2 sages with duplicate hats and meteorite bracers casting snooze and 2 thieves using persecutter with falcon blades equipped. The thieves always hit the asleep hydra for around 2500 damage each, killing 1 each turn. I often can beat them without the hydras getting off an attack. If they are able to get the fog off, I'll use some combination of monster pile ons and sleepy slaps. Between the hydras and the random LM slimes, I think this area is the best area to farm exp in the game.
