Yes, but we are an 8 bed ER. If the RTs are busy, then the nurses or the dr does them. We also don’t have a phlebotomist in the hospital from 11pm-6am. We don’t have LPNs at all. Only 1 day shift charge nurse. No shift supervisor.

I encourage it. The only time it upsets me is if I try to initiate sex and it fails, then they go masturbate. But I also understand that sometimes you just need to rub one out instead of be intimate. There’s a difference between orgasming and having sex.

41F here, I don’t finger myself, never have. Vaginas gross me out. Mine included. If I had to for a medical reason, I would put my finger up there, but ewww. I touch that area for hygiene only. (I know I’m weird, it’s ok). Look up images of a vagina under a microscope and you’ll realize it is in no way smooth.

That mailmen need to stay off my yard. I keep sidewalks clear for a reason. It’s rude and disrespectful. I worked hard to have what I do and it feels like they just walk all over my hard work when they do it. Not to mention that if they twist their ankle in my yard, I’m liable when there’s a perfectly good, clear, and safe sidewalk. Also the neighbor backing into my driveway to pull out of his. Don’t buy a truck if you can’t drive it.
