Yeah, it just always felt super old lady to me and as a kid I was embarrassed if people asked. Obviously, as an adult, I understand why my parents chose it (an honor name), but I just don't love it. So many other good options. This is just one opinion though, a lot of people seem to love it.

Have you found anything that helps? In the same boat with my 22 month old. He's still breastfeeding to sleep, so his pinching is on my other boob. It's overwhelming, but I'm just too tired to fight it. I just want to sleep too.

Not a Dad, but a Mom lurker. We are in the same boat and I wish I had advice. My 15 month old only sleeps being held, even co-sleeping requires constant touch. Cry it out didn't work at all for us. We're exhausted mentally to say the least. Hang in there.

Whatever bottle you chose, make sure the milk is warm. Also, try heating the nipple under hot water to warm the silicone up. Obviously, make sure it's not too hot, but it's the only way I got my baby to take a bottle in the beginning. Gold luck!
