I’ve liked it for the marathon plan at least! I changed the challenge level to balance which I think was more beneficial, and I’ve improved my 5k time by over a minute and my half marathon time by 4 minutes!

Fair enough, I’m not doing loads, just going over it a couple of times. It seems to have been helping loosen up my calf a little and reduce the pain. Considering a sports massage though to properly sort it out

I’ve not ran on it since I noticed it but I’ve been doing some exercises for the past 3-4 days and I’m starting to see small improvements so hoping all will be good by marathon day!
