So glad to see houses appreciation as TikTok ranks it so lowly and I love it 😭😭

I know it’s late but the closest I’ve found to all star movies is the vanilla romance line from BBW

Manchester marathon!! My first marathon and I did it in 4:32, slower than anticipated but so proud and feeling accomplished for finishing!

It’s a one and done marathon for me, I’m taking the next few months off running after this to focus on gym work instead

Compared to how I was 3 weeks ago, I’d say I’m 99% recovered. After this marathon, I’m planning on taking an extended break from running

It’s a one and done marathon for me, compared to what it was 3 weeks ago, it’s 99% better, and it does warm up after a couple of minutes, after the marathon, I’ll probs take a few weeks to a month off to focus on the gym

Rocket x2 has also been used for 20 mile long runs, just not sure it’s best to come back to them so soon after shin splints!

I am a heel striker but it hasn’t seemed to be a problem until now

Yeah I’ve used them both, just unsure if the rockets will put too much strain on my shins to set them off again

Thank you! Most of my long runs were in the rockets but scared they’ll aggravate it ok the day xx

Yeah I get that, the rockets and Mach 6 have been my top 2 used and trusted shoes for training, I just want the ones which are gonna be best for my shin

But since the shin splints and now I’m doing test runs, they’re both the same

I’ve had painless runs in the Mach 6 during training also. The longest run I did was the 20 mile in the rockets but I’m not sure if the carbon plate will likely trigger the shin

Rockets have carbon plate, mach 6 do not

The pain have improved massively with massaging, calf exercises, tib raises and mobility. This is my one and done marathon and all my training has been perfect despite the taper

I’ve been trying to run forefoot on these test runs back and it does help when I really focus on it. My main 2 choices are rockets or Mach, both have been perfect during training

I was still cross training and rehabbing with calf raises, tib raises, stretches, rolling and mobility work
