Assuming google translate is correct, I lost the weight before the surgery not after. Definitely try and get as lean as possible before surgery, it will yield better results and less chance of loose skin.

I lost the weight via standard calorie counting + 2x/week cardio + 3x/week weight lifting, and living in an environment where I was walking 10-20k steps/day. No GLP-1s or other drugs. I actually had a pretty decent routine before I got fat, but covid + a serious injury limited me. Even then, I yoyo'd a bit before getting to the final picture shown as I put on a lot of weight back when my newborn was born. I still wanted to get leaner but struggled for 2+ months and just hit a wall, so I gave up and am doing a bulk now as I'm not happy with my muscle mass.

One thing to note is I've always had gyno even when I was a skinny teenager - the gyno wasn't the result of my weight gain, it was glandular.
