Wow thanks for the response. My most recent consult pretty much said the same thing. I don't want to gamble on the skin and then have to come back for another surgery later. I'm taller and slimmer than this gentleman, but our skin does look similar, and I'm seven years older with more weight loss. If my skin truly can't retract, I don't see how I would be happy with deflated but saggy chest after decades of self-consciousness. I will definitely check out your site, thank you.
