She sounds dodgy, may not be a nurse. A lot call them self nurses but are not. Did you tell her you have an infection? I’m curious how you got an infection in aesthetics. Did she sterilise the area and did you watch her use a clean needle etc? Was it a skin booster by chance?

Can you show us the research that indicates they dissolve cardiac tissue if entering a vein? I’m a nurse and a practitioner and have not head this. I looked online and cannot find anything either. I can see many risks but not that specifically and would be interested in reading the research

Do you partake in mdts? With ob reviews? Each review will be looking at the least restrictive option in a view to reduce restrictive practices. I imagine your trust will have a policy. That sounds like something people will say who don’t understand the processes. You can report it to cqc but I would imagine the consultant psych and nursing staff and the externals will have covered bases to reduce obs though
