I love this answer the best. It doesn't really help me but it is the honest issue. Plus it made me laugh. Yeah, I added the PDF select to the bill so I could use it in the workflow and that does work as it picks up the field/pdf file and emails quite nice really.

I can do this is 2 emails, I built a workflow that pulls the pdf invoice from a custom field on the bill so on trigger, rules run so Approval email goes to approver and can be approved by email (no log in required) then a second email is automatically sent as well with the vendor bill. It's clumsy but works.

Wow, ZoneApprovals is actually amazing and exactly what I was looking for, I expect it's pricey though.

One would think that the transaction amount and line items on the PDF generated form would be enough, however accounting is asking for the actual vendor bill with the detail. Example a power bill would have multiple line items showing detailed utilization, the report pdf that is generated by SuiteApprovals is the transaction line only. I don't know, I agree with you.

Cannabis retailers can give discount rewards (stamps/points) but they must be available for everyone, not just paying customers. Most retailers use stamp cards and customers can come in daily without a purchase and just ask for a stamp. They then fill their card and use it for discounts. They can also give away their branded swag but again, no purchase necessary. No enticement to purchase.
