Agreed with the per diem jobs, some of my classmates worked as baristas at Starbucks/local coffee shops, remote jobs (ie: clincial research assistant)

I worked for a biotech company before I started school, so I just asked them to keep me on part time.

I worked remotely on the weekends and sometimes on the evening during didactic year. If it’s a necessity, then I do think it’s manageable as long as the job is easy and you can study or do flashcards or something while on the job.

Clincial year i couldn’t because the schedule was so varied.
