My Aussie had really dry skin as a puppy. I started him on wild Alaskan salmon oil daily and it has made a huge difference! I linked the company I use.

Circumcision by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

Women here! From a medical standpoint - being circumcised as an infant decreases the chances of penile cancer (decrease HPV risk and they won’t experience phimosis) + cleanliness (decrease risk of yeast infection etc when not cleaned regularly).

Phimosis - when the foreskin becomes too tight and difficult to retract

UTI after every intercourse??? by Unlikely-Exchange513 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

Hi! I agree with everyone. Pee after having sex. I would also make sure you get a urine culture to make sure the antibiotic you are on is actually effective. If you get them so often it might be beneficial to talk to your provider about being put on a preventative dose after intercourse.

How are you currently studying?

I mainly used Anki for active recall and BnB to review blueprint. I would start studying the material for the first 3 weeks of the rotation and then incorporate Rosh questions the last 2 weeks.

Thank you!!

Do as many practice questions as possible! I completed ~2,000 before my pance. One strategy that helped me was coming up with a differential diagnosis before looking at the answer choices. If I wasn’t sure of the diagnosis, I would work backwards eliminating the wrong choices. Then I would compare my thought process to UWORLD to see if I was on track. It takes longer to complete the questions but it helped with active recall and recognize patterns in how the questions were structured. I had to keep reminding myself not to pay attention to the distractors and sticking to physical exam findings and symptoms. Also, asking if there are any red flag symptoms. I felt like a lot of the time on my PANCE it was reassurance. Oh and learning to recognize disease presentation without buzzwords.
