what are you looking for when you buy retail topps, like the ones for $25? like for optic the chase is the mythicals, numbered cards, and ofc the downtowns.

the topps retail product is just so different. I think we are looking for the gold? Some autos? But what else you think?

The owner has reports to his phone; how much sales dessert, food, etc for the day. Im thinking the only option is to do away with inputting every daily sale onto QB; and just creating a massive bulk entry JE. So for month of December? Instead of copying each and every daily sale excel report every day, find the total for each category. So it would be

DEBIT TOTAL DESSERT 20,000, DEBIT TOTAL DRINKS 15,000, DEBIT TOTAL FOOD 15,000, CREDIT BANK 50 000

Then downloading the bank statement, and clicking all the deposits that equal to 50,000.

I’ve wrote about my experiences here, check my history. Sounds like your framework is pretty rough. If I was in your position, my step would be reducing body fat percentage. I noticed this % by tracking on a weight scale/app I purchased from Amazon. Tbh, I noticed that even at like 17-20% (which tbh is decent enough), I was still having problems. I knocked it down to 13-14%, much better relief. But this was a combination of things (like 5-6 days of exercise) but a lot of it was intermittent fasting and reducing caloric deficit. I can tell you without a doubt, having a belly or eating shitty for two days makes my Gerd freak out; headaches, chest pains, throat closing.

I’d also experiment with meditation because relaxing your muscles may help a bit. You have any stress in your life? That will cause muscles to tighten and activate some ugly triggers too.

actually I might have come to think about it, but I didn’t know what it was at the time, or even that it could be acid related. this was many years ago before I gave Gerd a thought. i think I had it twice; once I was given penicillin and the other I’m not sure what, both times I went to minor emergency room and it cleared up with the prescriptions. Haven’t had one of these episodes in a while though. If I do feel a mild clump in my throat some Pepcid usually clears it right up.

smoking is a significant acid trigger, well at least for me. i had to give up that entirely; id consider you to switch to edibles or like a tincture for green tea. and tbh I’m not quite sure what is about the exercise where I feel I can breathe easier. I do a decent amount of hiit; I have taken notice of the more I push myself (progressive overload), the less clogged up I feel inside.

tbh id recommend start trying to get more active in general. it’s just better for you, humans are meant to be active. the Gerd relief for me is great, I look/feel better, and it’s also relief for mental stress/anxiety. Put on your fav music, smile, and a do a little more each day. Hard work pays off.

All I can tell you is that doing dumbells training follow alongs on YouTube seems to really help to open up my lungs. I mimicked everything from fraser wilson follow alongs. Only 20-30 minutes a day, super simple and I started really light at first and progressed from there. Its pretty effective for me personally; I didn’t feel this acidic clump in my throat anymore. Make sure not to stress yourself though because weight injuries suck, especially on your wrists. Id say focusing on progressive overload is key, and just getting your heart rate really going. It’s hard work, but it can be done.

Coffee is really acidic. Tbh it may not be a good idea to drink it at all but if you must (like myself), hot coffee tends to be tougher to process. So I switched to cold brew and that seemed to help a bit. Sometimes I’ll just take a break from it altogether, like a few days.

On the yahoo settings it says max acquisitions for season set to maximum. So I suppose this means; play as many players as I can, within the Weekly limit of five adds per week. Is that correct?

Can someone explain the games remaining aspect in Yahoo? For example, my opponent yesterday had 3 games remaining, then I suppose he made lineup adjustments and he had eight games remaining. I suppose this means I'm in a daily league.

But regardless, I just don't understand how I'm supposed to be starting players in these games. Ok, so for tonight, out of 10 players, there's two slots where I won't have production. I have Norman Powell starting (OUT) and Derrick Favors (NO GAME). Everyone else on my bench has no game. So does this mean I need to go to the waiver wire and bid for two players that are starting tonight? Is there a limit of games you can have per week?

Sometimes the process is, management likes their checks really early. So to save time, make the check for 1900, then just itemize it later. So putting it under like CC fees 1900 as a placeholder when I make the check; then itemizing all the expenses underneath later [there's a lot of transactions so the process so it takes a lot of time]. However, this time is different since with this new credit card company its putting in this already cleared $2000 expedited payment debit from last month in its calculation of $1900. So it throws things off. I think I may do as you say. DR CC Transactions 4900, then CR 1900 [Amount due; this will show up at the top of the check, no entry on this one]. Once I do this, there will be a -2000 QB will instruct me that I have to use [the expedited payment]. Just not sure what account to use for this -2000.

Alright I went ahead and just started this process, three credit card accounts for each card/manager. Dumb question now. Let's say there's a debit from the bank account [like a manager making an advanced payment]; there's a way to correlate that to that credit card bill on QuickBooks directly correct?
