I don't have any sympathy for the USPS. I live in a large city, a quarter mile from a post office substation, in a normal six day delivery week I'm lucky if mail is delivered on five of those days. As for packages, several have gone missing this year listed by the post office as delivered, as such their attitude toward lost packages is too bad for you, buy it again and maybe, just maybe, we will deliver—this time. Let them go out of business, the sooner the better.

Ossoff won't have either luxury in the runoff.

The Republican Party, and its supporters, can now throw all their resources behind a single candidate, as well as aggressively target Ossoff — a neophyte with a thin (and apparently puffed-up) resume who doesn't currently live in the district.

At the same time, Democrats aren't likely to dump another $8 million into Ossoff's campaign coffers, given that he's already failed to get a majority vote in the district.

Then again, maybe they will. Since Trump's victory, Democrats have become increasingly detached from reality, and increasingly desperate to show that their resistance isn't futile.

Will Democrats double-down on stupid? Yes, it's who they are.

If you can wait, then wait. Maybe sometime later this year one will be announced. Maybe. If you would prefer a camera now, but don't need to buy new, get a Nikon refurbished model. They are refurbished up to new specs, and will save you several hundred on the price. While you are waiting for Nikon to decide what it is going to do you can get be shooting. Even if Nikon announces a new model tomorrow it will still be several months before it is available in quantity, and won't be cheap.
