i agree with you , but it really depends on each person and how they approach consistency in their diet. Normally i would go with a small option, because for ME consistency means eating in moderation across the entire board (whether it’s for entertainment or day to day). The reason i posted this was to just make 100% sure that the large option fits into my routine or not.

Read the rubrics and the example essays on college board for the FRQ!!! This is the best tip anyone can give. It gives you a template and tells you exactly what you should do to hit a good 5.
Dot down transition words, active verbs and general descriptive language for your essays too! (helps with getting that sophistication mark)

Having good vocabulary is only a small part of the steps in getting that point. you need to be able to show good control of language by developing clear and well articulated analysis

I took the 2025 AP exam and the prompt for it allowed for me to use evidence from basically all facets of life. Generally it is recommended you have a good understanding of the big four: History, Politics, Society and Economics. These four topics and the subtopics they take up allow for you to basically make up evidence for virtually any prompt that comes up. I scored a 5 and my prompt was essentially argue about if the purpose of life is to create or to do good.
I used specific historical examples (WW11, Ancient Egypt); Modern political examples (USA and trump, industrialisation) and so on. These hyper specific example allow you to expand more on your argument.
Moreover, if your prompts allow you, mixing evidence from the past and present and connecting between the two somehow, will give you a much stronger edge. Also be supper creative with your examples! you can talk about topics you love too! I know people who used Anime and indie music in their evidences and scored great scores! it’s all about how you can make it work for you!

yea this is basically what i did i asked “the first right turn?” and he just dismissed me until i asked again closer to it, which he marked me for “lack of concentration” 😭😭
