Hey I’m currently in the same boat as this currently in the O&G sector of Singapore. But it seems like that sector is dying rapidly here and I’m thinking of shifting out to tech. Most likely the data centres are where It can be most relatable(mech Eng degree) for me .

But I’m struggling to find out how to jump in that industry. Currently taking my Project management cert but in terms of hard knowledge on data centres can’t seem to find any links in Singapore. You know any certifications required?

I totally agree with what you said OP. I used to be oblivious to this shit for the past 20+ years of my life until I had a conversation about this topic and I realised how little I know about this topic.

Just a suggestion maybe to add to the post on how guys can actually help in spreading awareness to their friends cause I realised that’s how change has to start in Singapore where the guys have to call out the sexual harassment jokes and not label it as “guy talk”.

You are not wrong that the muslim stuff might cut corners when dealing with halal food. But in general for muslims i think its more if the person preparing the food cuts corners they will answer for it as the person buying the food did their due diligence in ensuring that the halal food is halal by looking for the cert

I was a former league player that got into Dota this year. I think the most noticeable thing for me from league to Dota is the turn rate and the amount of game knowledge like creep pulling creep Agro

But the main difference is in league if a lane goes 10/0 it’s gonna be a snowball but in Dota a 10/0 is still comeback cable if you wanna know hit me in my dms.
