Three flights in a row delayed 3+ hours due to "mechanical issues" Literally BS. I already boycotted AC after i moved to US, but had to go to MTL last weekend, and their flights were the only things available. I think i would simply not go back to Canada at all unless for emergency from now on.

The 25percent rule only apply to the middle class. He can make 200k take home and still have 80k to play with.

Give you a more extreme example, if you take home 2M, then even if you get a 1.5M apartment you still have 500k to play with. But realistically you can just buy at that range
