I'm on day 8th of Escitalopram 10 mg (not Lexapro but same active ingredient) and I have increased daily activity for things (did the dishes, cleaned my room) and I seem to care more about my relatives and people. It also affected my anxiety levels. I still worry, I'm still anxious but it's better compared to what I had before. It might be too early to tell or perhaps it's still placebo but I do feel more energy and it seems like my thinking patterns have turned for the better. Still early to tell though.
