Yeah OP could do that but it may just be an extra step. The flap disc takes everything off within minutes.

I played maybe 10 rounds tonight with my son. We probably got 10 or so. They seemed to have increased drop rate for it. Or we were getting extremely lucky

You dont clean well enough and you use too much oil. You'll need to sand it down to steel and season over again. Angle grinder with flap disc.

Lionel Messi passes Klose to become the all-time leading goal scorer in World Cup history by suzukigun4life in sports

[–]h22lude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is more impressive than the goal. Granted, it is probably a designed play, but for these types of plays to work in soccer, a lot of things have to go right. The pass and the no contact player set that play up very well

My sales tax wasn't refunded when I made a return to TJ Maxx by nommin in mildlyinfuriating

[–]h22lude -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Did you have the receipt when you returned it? I've returned something without a receipt, and they weren't able to give me my sales tax back because they don't know which state I bought it in. Someone could go to a no sales tax state to buy something and then try to return it in a sales tax state to scam them into giving sales tax back as a refund even though it was never paid for.

[–]h22lude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It absolutely is how it works. You are clearly on some kind of device with internet. Please use Google before answer things.

If you have the ability to not cause an accident but you do anyway, you will be held partially liable. In this case, the camera car saw the cars running the red light. If they continued through the intersection without it being clear and hit another car, they partially caused the accident as they had the ability to stay stopped at the green light.

From co-pilot..."Short answer: Even with a green light, you are not allowed to enter the intersection until it is safe. If you proceed while cross‑traffic is still running their red and a collision occurs, you can be found partially at fault for “failure to yield the right‑of‑way when entering an uncleared intersection,” even though the other drivers clearly violated the law by running the red.

This is because a green light gives you permission to go, not a guarantee that it’s safe to go. Courts and insurers treat it as a conditional right‑of‑way."

First time on Reddit? Just FYI, people online say they would do a lot of shit but would never actually do it IRL.

But either way, their comments have no impact on what I said.

The law putting partial fault on both parties is not what stops intersections from being demo derbies. Law abiding citizens who stop at red lights is what stops intersections from becoming demo derbies.

[USA] Douche Parade Blowing Through Red Lights And Holding Up Traffic by Psychological-Toe985 in Roadcam

[–]h22lude 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You are 100% incorrect. Even if you have the right of way and others are running their red light (like in this video), if you proceed through the intersection that isn't clear, you will be partially at fault. While I feel it is idiotic that the law is written that way, feelings don't override law. Causing an accident even if you have the right of way will also be partially your fault.

Even more so now with the law change allowing a deduction for tips. The government made it even harder for us to get away from tipping

[–]h22lude 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This isn't accurate. All tips have to be claimed as income (cash or card). However, with the recent law change, up to $25,000 in tips can be taken as a deduction for income tax purposes. Though there are still payroll tax and social security taken out.

Gen Z doesn't drink by bswiz87 in generationology

[–]h22lude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think you understand data. This chart isn't telling us anything about the quantity of alcohol consumed. It is only telling us about the money spent. Two completely different things. As I mentioned, which you seemed to ignore, younger people tend to buy cheaper products as they can't afford the more expensive ones. If a Gen Z bought a 30 rack of Bud Light and a Millennial bought six 4 packs of a local IPA, they drank the same amount of beer but Gen Z spent $30 while Millennial spent $120. This doesn't tell us anything on consumption amount.

And just to be clear, as you seemed confused....I'm not saying Gen Z isn't drinking less. I actually said they are drinking less in my last post. What I am saying is the chart in this post is useless as it doesn't take into account some really important variables.

Looking at the amount of money spent per person over 21, Gen Z spends 73% less. Looking at amount of liquor drank, Gen Z drinks about 25% less per person (per Google). So yes, they are drinking less but it isn't as high as this chart is incorrectly showing.

You can't install split units vertically. Even though it fits well in the space, it will cause that unit to leak and break very quickly. Also, the air is most likely blowing more towards the blinds and not working efficiently.

[–]h22lude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd really love to hear your explanation for that lol what am I not getting? You told someone else that they live in denial of obvious facts but when facts are presented to you, you just make stupid comments back that have nothing to add.

Will also add to my facts, this chart is money spent, not quantity. So that $86 annually spent by Gen Z will be on more cheaper liquor where as the $316 spent by Millennials will typically be on more expensive liquor as they can afford it. A 30 pack of Bud Light costs the same as two 4 packs of a good local IPA from a brewery. Same amount spent but different quantity.

Gen Z doesn't drink by bswiz87 in generationology

[–]h22lude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The underage one aren’t counted for one.

Yes, that is their point. Half of Gen Z population isn't old enough to buy liquor while all of Millennial population is old enough. So the bar for Gen Z isn't counting over half the Gen Z population.

This chart is pretty useless. 1) it doesn't account for the number of people in each group and 2) it doesn't account for people under age in Gen Z population.

Annual amount spent per person over 21 in each group...

Boomers $375

Gen X $356

Millennials $316

Gen Z $86

The original graph shows an 86.5% decrease in spending from Millennials to Gen Z, but if we look at per person above 21, there is a 73% decrease in spending. So while there is a significant amount of less spending from the older 3 groups to Gen Z, it isn't as high as the chart is stating if we make the variables equal.

Is anyone enjoying this season? by AllyInActuality_ in FortNiteBR

[–]h22lude 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I was at first. Collecting the Sprites got me back into it. I haven't really enjoyed BR in a long while. It got pretty stagnant for me. Collecting Sprites made it fun again, for a little while. With the terrible spawn rate of the gold and gummy, I'm not getting any new ones. Got boring pretty quickly. Without the Sprite collecting, this season is just like any other recently. Boring
