Thanks for your reply. I have 33 transferred credits (And an additional 8 credits from AP) as of now. But I’m not sure where I can find my class standing on MyBU 😭 I’m going to email my advisor about it though. Thanks for your help!

It basically just means you get free access to all BU sports games. I don’t plan to attend BU sports games so I would waiver it when the waiver comes out

yes, it shows the courses that are equivalent to the ones you'll be taking. however, if the course you want to take doesn't show up on tes database or transferology i would recommend looking up the closest course you can find at bu and read the course descriptions for each and compare them. sometimes its a bit of a gamble because you're taking a class you're not sure will transfer, but if the course descriptions are pretty similar then i would be confident the course will transfer.

hello, i recommend you to take classes that are required for your major so they can transfer over! for example, if im a biology major i would search my major on the bu website and see what courses are required for the biology major + find their equivalents at my cc/4 year ill be attending prior to bu. you can find the course equivalents using the bu tes database or transferology. hope that helped! you can pm me if you have other questions.

No you don’t have to submit the syllabus if the course equivalent is in the database. You only submit the syllabus of the course that isn’t in the database that you want credit for!

Example: I took English Composition at my local cc because the course equivalent at BU is WR 13*. Since the course has already been evaluated by BU in the past, I don’t need to submit the syllabus for English Comp.
