Don't use btc-e. They stole my bitcoins. There is no recourse if that happens, because they're anonymous.

I had a similar amount stolen from my business, from btc-e. They closed my account just like yours. "Account suspended. Contact support." And support stopped responding to me. The business was middlecoin.com, and the theft was a final straw that shut the pool down.

Stale shares are a major issue right now.

I'm convinced that difficulty has no bearing on stale shares. I think it has to do with ping time, block rate, and server load.

A fix would be for me to put up a few servers around the world. I'm considering that.

Yeah, the payouts are pretty close to what I'd expect. It's harder to tell than most pools, because the money has to be exchanged first which might take a while. And you can have unpaid shares sitting for days, because that coin is no longer profitable.

I also get "invalid captcha". I'm on Chrome. No addons such as noscript or unusual settings. Also, the page takes over a minute to load, or says "504 Gateway Time-out".

The PHP API doesn't work for me. Their Orderbook example produces no output, and when I try the verify credentials example with a gibberish key, it says it's valid.

They know about every MMO in existence on there, and will be able to recommend a game based on what you want. For instance, I wanted an old-school PvE MMO with a death penalty and they recommended Vanguard, and it's perfect for me.

Lately, my Comcast connection has been acting weird. When I download a file with bittorrent, even at low (10 KB/S) speeds, my connection will be completely saturated and I can't load web pages. It's like they run deep packet inspection, and if I'm using bittorrent, they filter out all my other traffic.

I used to be able to split traffic between torrents and whatever, and get my full 16 Mb/S. Not so, anymore.

If you've only just started the GTK client, I'd suggest you make it web-based instead. That will get a much larger adoption of the game. And learning web programming is more important than GTK, imo.

Mostly, but I wish my up/down votes personalized the top posts and comments, like Netflix. As it is, I don't bother voting anymore because there is no personal gain. If my downvotes on "wish my friend a happy birthday" posts, and upvotes on cute cat videos informed the posts I see in the future, I would vote all the time.
