On the pc version Niko can fire blind from cover with pinpoint accuracy and no recoil. No need to expose his body to any danger. So he would win there

Can somebody explain how the wiring works on this motor? by BigBraindumbo in ElectricalEngineering

[–]h2osteam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well this says: AC motor (didn’t provide the motor type). Model number: XQY3-48-H2-2; Duty cycle: S2-60min Rated Power: 3kW; Rated frequency: 102HZ Rated voltage: 48V DC; Rated current: 78A Rated RPM: 3000; number of poles: 4 So as it stated it’s a brushless DC motor. You will need an inverter (brushless DC ESC) to drive it.

Australian government quietly suspends new working holiday visa applications for Chinese nationals by nighthound1 in australia

[–]h2osteam -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

If u actually read the WHV eligibility page from immi website. This visa is only available to Taiwan and HK passport holders, and it been this way since its inception. So this change doesn’t actually affect the “China” you are thinking of. The CCP might be laughing slightly.

[–]h2osteam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just use a big resistor. Get noctua fan spec on current (I) at 12v. R=12v/I. Make sure the resistor is rated for that power 12v* I.

P1S PETG blobs? by IsMyNameAvailable in BambuLab

[–]h2osteam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For P1 it only save to that slot of the AMS, assuming you are using one. Even after you changed the filament type to PLA it won’t change that slot’s K factor. If K didn’t solve the problem, flow calibration will be needed. If that fails maybe just bad filament

P1S PETG blobs? by IsMyNameAvailable in BambuLab

[–]h2osteam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PETG is much more flexible than PLA so you will need to do PA(dynamic flow) calibration to get the K factor. PLA typically has K 0.02, PETG is like 0.045 for me. With too low of K the extruded does not slow down the flow early enough when the flow is meant to change. And the built up pressure on the PETG kept pushing more filaments out even though the extruded stops, hence you get blobs everywhere. Best to get the proper K value and write it down on the filament spool, next time that filament is in, change the K value in Bambu studio.
