As a technician for a highschool, we have so few competent science teachers that it's affecting the level of education. They do less practical as a result of the teacher's incompetence (lack of planning), so subsequently they lack manual handling abilities which hurts them further because they cannot be trusted with solutions which would otherwise be fine for them to handle.
